Fiduciary Administration

What is a fiduciary? The Agent under a Power of Attorney, the Trustee of a Trust, or the Personal Representative (Executor) of an estate, are all examples of fiduciaries. How can we help? In some cases, a one hour consultation will help to put the fiduciary on the right road. In other cases, the fiduciary may retain our firm to help with the Court filings. Occasionally the fiduciary will find the whole matter too much, and will ask us to help in more ways.
